How it works
Getting started takes three simple steps.

Get your provider's link
Each clinician has a personal Doxy.me waiting room. You can find it on their profile or in your appointment reminder.
Step 3
Join at your appointment time
Open the link a few minutes early, enter your name, and wait — your provider will start the visit.
What you'll need
A device with camera and mic
A phone, tablet, or computer all work.
An up-to-date browser
Doxy.me runs in the browser — nothing to install.
A private, quiet space
Somewhere you can speak freely for the full session.
Doxy.me runs entirely in your browser — there is no software to download and no account to create.
Good to know
- Telehealth works well for follow-up visits, medication management, and many initial evaluations.
- Some situations — certain assessments or higher-acuity care — are better handled in person, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
- You must be physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of the visit.
